• Strong digital marketing skills and concepts for promoting software products and services, at least 5 years’ experience as Marketing and Sales with Software Industry

• SW Security Principles and Concepts awareness (SW Security Basic Concepts and Security Terminology, Common Vulnerabilitiesunderstanding, Impact and Risks ...)
• Basic understanding of SW Application Types (web, cloud native, distributed, real time application, mobile ...)
• Basic understanding of SW Architectures (Backend – Frontend, Micro Services ...)

Job Summary, the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Specialist with relevant software industry experience and software background. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our software products and services, to have a consistent impact on software product and services content creation at “easy to sell feature” level, as well as driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales techniques, customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles and technology trends, combined with proven marketing and sales experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our software products and services, including online advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and content creation.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and product and services development.
• Collaborate with the software development teams to understand product features, functionalities, and technical specifications, and effectively communicate them to customers through marketing materials and sales pitches, but also to drive the direction for new developments according to marketing trends and customer needs.
• Generate leads and drive sales through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building with potential clients and partners.
• Create compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to showcase the value proposition of our software products and address customer needs.
• Nurture relationships with existing customers to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics related to marketing campaigns, sales activities, and customer engagement, and use insights to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the software development space, and leverage insights to enhance marketing and sales strategies.

Education and Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales roles in the software industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
• Experience with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, technologytrends, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for driving business growth and achieving targets.
